Be clear about the values that sit in behind your brand. Write down a list of 3-5 things that you won’t deviate from and these will be your guiding principles. Then decide what your brand personality is. Like a person. Do you focus on price, or more on quality?
If you want to appeal to the right customers, then let your brand have a voice in this and look the part.
