Allbrand was asked to apply signage to a new retail site according to brand guidelines and articulate the new unique selling point across all customer touchpoints all the way to the retail store setting new expectations from the moment a customer opens the door.
Learned customer behaviour for this category was to walk off the street and expect consultants would scramble to provide some level of service at short notice. Resulting in a less than optimised consultation and not very well thought out advice.
Setting new expectations were expecially necessary to educate customers of this new business model, and reduce the likelyhood of upset.
The result has been a far more beneficial experience for all customers and increased profitability due to the new efficiencies.
