Your logo and/or your tagline should say what you do and how you do it differently. Now make sure you do this, every time. Your customers won’t return to you, or refer you on, if you don’t do what you say you will.
Don’t say ‘We exceed your expectations’. Now there is no way you can.
You can say you do it well, or better than the others, then do it, every time.
Now that has the chance to exceed my expectations.
