4. Here’s some of the needs of a customer:
- To be valued by you.
- To feel comfortable and non-pressured.
- To have your individual attention.
- For you not to judge their ability to buy whatever you’re selling.
- For you to focus more on them than your work processes, rules or schedules.
- For you not to ignore them in favour of someone who you may think will buy more.
- Invite them back and let them know they’re always welcome here.
Customers are sensitive to this and aware, they can tell whether, or not you really care about them.
